How to use

Register yourself, select your preferred size of locker and date and time for which you want to reserve it, and make a reservation.

Reservation number will be announced via email and MyPage 15 minutes prior to the starting time of use.

When your reservation time comes, go to the locker, select [Put luggage (Storage)] [Member's Use/ Reservation Use] and input your reservation number on the operation panel.

Place your luggage in the specified position, close the door to store it, and then you're done.

• Locker replacement available at Shinjuku Station To Locca

  Due to locker replacement work, the To Locca lockers located at the bottom of the stairs of Lines 11 and 12 in the B1 Central Passage inside the ticket gates of Shinjuku Station will be changed on August 20, 2024 (Tue.). The lockers will be temporarily out of service from Friday, August 16, due to preparations for replacement. Please understand this in advance.

• Temporary Suspension of Ryogoku Station MultiEcube due to the Sumida River Fireworks Festival

  Due to the Sumida River Fireworks Festival, the multie cube (lockers) near the restrooms at the west exit of the Ryogoku Station ticket gate will be closed from July 24 (Wed.) to 27 (Sat.), 2024. Therefore, To Locca will also be temporarily out of service during the same period. If luggage is left in the lockers during this period, our staff will remove it. Please understand this in advance.

• Locker replacement available at Shinagawa Station ToLocca

  Due to locker replacement work, the ToLocca lockers located outside the Shinagawa Station ticket gates at the Konan Exit will be changed on August 26, 2024 (Mon.). The lockers will be temporarily out of service from August 21 (Wed.) in preparation for the replacement. Please be forewarned in advance.
