How to use

Register yourself, select your preferred size of locker and date and time for which you want to reserve it, and make a reservation.

Reservation number will be announced via email and MyPage 15 minutes prior to the starting time of use.

When your reservation time comes, go to the locker, select [Put luggage (Storage)] [Member's Use/ Reservation Use] and input your reservation number on the operation panel.

Place your luggage in the specified position, close the door to store it, and then you're done.

• Temporary suspension of To Locca available at Shinagawa Station

  Due to locker relocation work, the To Locca-accessible lockers located in the center of the Shinagawa Station ticket gates by the south connecting corridor will be out of service from May 16, 2024. The lockers will be temporarily out of service from May 13 (Mon.) in preparation for the relocation. Please understand this in advance.
